Prince Ohai

ParrotVibes has obtained the complaint filed in the State Court of Rockdale County, Georgia, now moved to the U.S. District Court of Northern District of Georgia, Case Number: 1:24:cv-1089-SCJ-RGV in the case titled Emmanuel Ohai v. Experian Information Solution et al.

In his complaint, Prince Ohai, who is representing himself, PRO SE, alleged that Defendants Experian and John Doe defamed him by publishing to Bank of America and other unidentified third parties that he filed for bankruptcy or intended to file for Bankruptcy.

Mr John Doe is the appellation used to describe an unknown wrong doer.

The lawsuit states that the complaint will be amended once the identity of John Doe has been revealed by Co-defendant Experian.

Court records show that before filing this lawsuit, the Plaintiff had filed Complaint Number 240204- 13214585 with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), which is a Government Agency that acts as an Ombudsman for Consumer Disputes. Continue Reading…

When our correspondent reached out to Mr. Michael McWaters Attorney representing Experian to get their side of the story and to find out the identity of John Doe but up on till the time filing this report our call had not been returned.

The docket was updated on March 19, 2024 with a CONSENT motion by Experian seeking to extend the deadline to answer for 30 days.

The presiding Magistrate Judge in the case, Honorable Russell G. Vineyard issued an order on March 20, 2024 granting Experian’s Consent Motion to extend deadline to file an answer.

When reached on the phone, plaintiff, Prince Ohai who is the leader of the Movement for the Creation of Anioma State stated that he had not filed for Bankruptcy and does not intend to file for bankruptcy as falsely and maliciously reported by Experian and “John Doe”.

When asked whether he had an idea who John Doe was, he retorted that he would rather let the matter play itself out in Court.

This lawsuit, observers of Delta State and Nigerian politics this reporter had interviewed, are saying had put a great dent on the activities and prospects of the Movement for the Creation of Anioma State. Continue Reading…
