Court grants Emefiele permission to travel out of Abuja

A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, has granted the request of Godwin Emefiele, to travel out of Abuja.

In his initial bail terms, Emefiele’s movement was solely restricted to the FCT.

Mr Emefiele, through his lawyer, Mathew Bukka, had requested for a variation of the terms.
