Hon. Justice Mohammed A. Madugu of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court 40 sitting in Bwari has acquited and discharged the national chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Edozie Njoku, and the national youth leader, Mr. Chuks Nwoga, from all accusations of forgery brought on them by the faction of the former APGA Chairman, Chief Victor Ike Oye, for want of evidence thereof. Hon. Justice Mohammed A. Madugu of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court 40 sitting in Bwari has commenced the reading of the judgement in the alleged forgery accusation proffered against the national chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Edozie Njoku, and the national youth leader, Mr. Chuks Nwoga, in the lingering APGA leadership tussle.
