Simon Ekpa, the leader of the Biafra Republic Government in Exile, unveiled plans to host Igbos worldwide in a three-day extraordinary conference in Finland to achieve the Biafra referendum.

Ekpa said that the conference’s main goal will be to achieve Biafra liberation.
Discussants led by Ekpa would speak on the topic, “Case studies of countries which were able to have referendum successfully”.
