PHOTOS: Gov. Hope Uzodinma gives out daughter in marriage

The executive governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodinma, has officially given out his daughter in marriage.

The pictures of the flamboyant wedding was shared on the official Facebook page of the governor.

Meanwhile, Uzodinma who gave his fatherly blessing to the union in a statement said, “In accordance with our traditional rights, yesterday, I joyfully gave my lovely daughter, Oprah Chioma Uzodimma, out in marriage to her heartthrob, Henry Ohaeri.

“While the hardest aspect of fatherhood is letting go, the very essence of nurturing children is to groom them into adulthood for self-reliance.

“In my prayer of the fatherly blessing upon my Children, I commit their union to the Lord for his abundant grace, blessings and favour as they build their home together.

“My sincere appreciation to my associates, friends, well-wishers and all dignitaries that honoured my invitation to the Igba Nkwu, remain blessed.

“Congratulations to the newest couple.”
