Saying he’s not against any merger, the former Anambra State governor said “as long as any merger is for better, new Nigeria and governing properly, I’m for it. If it’s just merger for election or state capture, I’m not part of it.”
He stressed that he wants to be part of anything that will see Nigeria work as he’s not “desperate to be president” but “desperate to see Nigeria work especially for the poor people because we’ve a lot of potential.”
“So, if the merger is to be able to govern Nigeria properly, unlock all those things that will make Nigeria a better place, I’m for it. It might be at party level, at individual level or any level but we must together to be able to build a better Nigeria.” Continue Reading…
