On Wednesday, the Naira experienced a modest depreciation in the official market, trading at N1,631.17 to the dollar.

Data from the FMDQ Exchange’s official trading platform indicated that the Naira fell by 72 kobo against the dollar, translating to a 0.04 percent loss compared to the previous trading day, Tuesday, when it was valued at N1,630.45 per dollar. Read More…

Additionally, total daily turnover plummeted to 128.98 million dollars on Wednesday, down from 242.59 million recorded on Tuesday.
