A Kano man who identified himself as Lawal Abdulkadir has reportedly ended his marriage with his wife Zainab Ismail Tofa after she publicly showed support for the All Progressives Congress (APC).

“I Lawal Abdulkadir has ended my marriage with his wife Zainab Ismail Tofa for attending APC meeting. I have divorced her three times and nothing will make me to forgive her,” the letter written in Hausa language said.
Since the inception of the APC government in Nigeria in 2015, the country has witnessed an unprecedented suffering with the economy nosediving, record inflation figure and collapse of the Naira.
