The Supreme Court has affirmed Duoye Diri, of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the governor of Bayelsa state.

A five-member panel of the highest court in the land unanimously dismissed the appeal filed by Timipre Sylva, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), challenging the outcome of the November 11, 2023 governorship election. Continue Reading…
