With the Post-UTME around the corner, candidates who wish to change their institution are asking questions concerning universities that they can choose as second choice and still be able to take the post-UTME of that school.

This is because most schools demand that you first pick them as first choice before you can take register for their Post-UTME.

In this post, we will make a list of the universities you can choose as your second choice and still qualify to write their Post-UTME. The list is made up of both public and private universities that are less competitive.
