Documents said police were looking for items “concerning the murder of Tupac”.

Davis appeared before the court in Las Vegas on Tuesday for a hearing on his potential release on bail pending his criminal trial.

His legal team argued that their client was not a danger to society; neither was he a flight risk if they would agree for him to be bailed before the main trial.

They also maintained his not-guilty plea, adding that all he said about Tupac’s murder was for entertainment and monetary gain.

However, the prosecutors contended that Davis was a cold-blooded killer who should not be let out on the streets.

The judge, Carli Kierny, thereafter agreed to let him out pending trial but set the bail amount for $750,000.

Kierny also said that even if Keefe D was bailed, he would be confined to house arrest with electronic monitoring while awaiting trial. Continue Reading…

Shakur was fatally shot on September 7, 1996, in a drive-by incident in Las Vegas at the age of 25.

He was shot multiple times while leaving a show.
