Tragedy was averted on Tuesday morning after a tanker exploded on the Obiri-Ikwerre flyover along the East-West Road in Port Harcourt, the capital of Rivers State.
The incident occurred at about 9:30am.

This medium also gathered that there was no casualties, as the driver managed to scamper for safety just before the explosion.
