Nnamdi Kanu in Court on 21st October, 2021

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has called for an end to the Monday sit-at-homes in the southeastern region.

Kanu speaking through his lawyer, Mike Ozekhome (SAN), said he does not believe in the sit-at-home and that it is counterproductive.

He said that the sit-at-homes are crippling the social, economic, cultural, and political life of the people, and that they are putting the Igbo under psychological, physical, and mental torture.

“I am now re-echoing again and again what Nnamdi Kanu told me,” He said.

“He does not believe in that sit-at-home on Mondays, which cripples the social, economic, cultural, and political life of the people, putting them under psychological physical, and mental torture,” he added. Continue Reading…
