Gunmen kill police operative in Anambra

A police operative has been shot dead in Eke Oko, Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State.

According to reports, the victim who was on a motorcycle was intercepted by the rampaging gunmen and shot dead immediately.

Aguata, the Local Government Area of the executive governor of Anambra State, professor Chukwuma Soludo has come under heavy attacks by gunmen suspected to be members of the outlawed Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) since the government urged every armed group in the state to embrace amnesty.
