The Supreme Court has scheduled Monday, October 23, for a hearing in the appeal filed by the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the last presidential election, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
Atiku is challenging the September 6, judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) which dismissed his petition against the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the February 25 presidential election. Continue Reading…
