President Bola Ahmed Tinubu
A lot has been said and done with regards to the outcome of the Chicago State University (CSU) case. A lot of fact twisting, skull drudgery, mind bending, reality warping and double-thinking strategies have been deployed with willing conspirators in the Nigerian media.
Some Agbados (supporters of Bola Ahmed Tinubu) with a conscience have woken up from their slumber having seen the handwriting on the wall and the truth as evidenced by the hard facts from the CSU deposition and have washed their hands off the certificate forger. Others have doubled down, willing to drown on a forged mandate as long as it feeds them crumbs.
I saw a need to address this because some of this nonsensical theories and rhetorics spewed on Twitter (X) have shown that they possess wings like BATS and can fly into the judgements of Nigerian Justices (Circa PEPT).
Some of the defenses being bandied around which I will be breaking down are:

A question was asked to Caleb Westberg (CSU registrar) if he knew vendors who made fake certificates and he responded in the affirmative but declined to mention names, touting the fact that a simple google search will reveal them.
So if you’re referring to the fact that BAT got his FAKE certificate from an unknown third party vendor who specializes in printing fakes then come here for a hug. If you’re referring to a NON-EXISTENT official third-party vendor when it has been explicitly stated that CSU produces its own replacement certificate then you can go hug a transformer because your brains definitely need to be jolted back to life.
—Supreme Court Pleadings and Acceptance of Evidence: The facts speak for themselves here. Was certificate forgery pleaded? The answer is YES.
Is there an ongoing issue with respect to how the pleading was couched? The PEPT picked an issue with it (whether rightly or wrongly we do not know.) However, it is important to note that PEPT also picked an issue with everything filed. (Could it be because of popcorn? All we did was grab our popcorns and watch them)
Will the Supreme Court accept the evidence? That is up to their discretion. No one can speak with absolute certainty on that. There is however precedent that it has been done before.
Without prejudice, we can say this, a court of law is a court of Justice and a court of Justice has the ability to bend over backwards in the interest of Justice if the Laws of the Land are being trampled upon.
Our Supreme Court definitely posesses such powers and if they choose not exercise it, you can guess that Doll$ Crispies served alacarte has become the Kellogg’s Cornflakes of choice for breakfast.
This battle is one for the soul and moral fibre of our dear Nation and a battle to draw a line between what is allowable and what is criminal in our value system.
BAT has shown a propensity and recurring pattern for committing crimes to achieve his objectives and temporarily satiate his enormous insatiable GREED!
From forfeiture of $460,000 as a result of it being proceeds of hard drugs trafficking to perjury in 1999 when he lied under oath about attending and graduating from St. Paul’s primary school Aroloya, children’s home school Ibadan, Government College Ibadan and University of Chicago (where he was saved by immunity and technicalities ) to code of conduct violations (escaped by whiskers due to technicalities) to strong allegations of Money Laundering and tax avoidance through Alphabeta (as alleged by Dapo Apara his business partner before he settled out of court) to Forgery(established by deposition).
These are simply the offenses we are aware of o! We’ve not even seen the FBI files yet. Imagine when that is released!
Well, one thing is clear, there is a pattern of consistent criminal activity in BAT’s life spanning all phases. So, it definitely wouldn’t amount to defamation if you call him a career criminal as it is based on truth and facts.
And ONLY criminals will endorse another criminal and give him a pat on the back when his latest offense is glaring for the world to see.
If you think BAT is embarrassing, you just wait, the funny thing is the best is yet to come and when it does, it will BANG like a hit song and will be televised WORLDWIDE.
Forgery, official corruption, bribery, giving false information to a federal entity, Subornation of perjury (inducing or procuring someone to lie on oath), Perjury, Conspiracy to commit a felony, Obstruction of Justice, Fraud and IDENTITY THEFT are a glimpse of what is coming in the future. He will be the FIRST Nigerian president to be investigated, tried and convicted in the USA.
Will Nigeria be embarrassed? I think we should pose that question to our Supreme Court Judges. A stitch in time saves nine. We can still stop this human cancer before he takes proper roots and destroys our country’s reputation entirely
—Graduation from CSU: from the evidence adduced, BAT did not graduate. I have said a lot about this in my previous posts. (You can go read them). This too will be peeled off like an onion in the coming months.
FINAL SUBMISSION: BAT and his gang of minions and supporters do not reflect the Yoruba tribe. The Yoruba tribe have suffered a lot due to the negative PR BAT and minions have generated.
It is on record that some Yorubas with Honor and decency are fighting him and trying to excise him and his influence from the southwest as the cancer that he is.
Majority have refused to bend the knee and kiss his ring. The vocal minority who are irredeemable ethnic chauvinists and tribal bigots are the ones who have been screaming his praises to the high heavens.
These are also delicate and trying times to be an Agbado. The fire is too hot and they are literally being roasted alive. Irreparable damage has been done. Irreparable damage is being done. Further Irreparable damage will still be done and guess what? We are JUST GETTING STARTED.
Honor which is far from them will be restored to the highest office in our land. All this stress is just because a career criminal fancies himself a King.
Before Pa Abraham Adesanya died, he cursed Tinubu that when he gets to his highest height in life, he will fall resoundingly beyond that height.
Before HID Awolowo died, it was reported by Globalnewsnigeria that she cursed Tinubu. The matriarch, according to those who are very close to the family, placed a curse on Tinubu that no matter how much money in his possession, he would never be comfortable and happy all his life and would not be happy at his old age, just as he is making her to be unhappy at her old age.
